"Not really beginner-friendly"
I signed up because I thought it would be a good fit for beginners, but i felt lost most of the time. The instructions moved fast, and I didn’t really get much help when I needed it (which was kind of frustrating). The space itself was nice, but if you’re completely new, I’m not sure this is the best place to start.

"Membership was kind of a joke"
I signed up for the membership thinking it would actually be useful, but it felt like a total waste. Half the stuff wasn’t explained clearly, and I didn’t feel like I got any real help or perks out of it. Felt like I was dealing with a bunch of goofballs who couldn’t make the benefits worth it. Definitely not renewing...

"Not really my kind of studio vibe"
I just didn’t really vibe with the studio, lol. It felt a bit cramped and loud, and the overall atmosphere came across kind of cold to me.

"I feel like this course used..."
I feel like this course used to be better. This time around, the instructor didn’t really seem that confident and it felt like they were guessing through a lot of the material instead of actually knowing it well.

"Good, but the schedule feels a bit limited"
I liked it overall, but... I do wish there were more workshop times to choose from. The options felt a little limited.

"Slow replies made the whole thing feel impersonal"
I really like what The Clay Studio offers, and I was interested in signing up for a class, but trying to get a simple question answered was more frustrating than I expected. I sent a message and then just waited for days without much clarity, which gave me that weird feeling like there wasn’t an actual person on the other end.

When I finally did get a reply, it felt rushed and didn’t fully answer what I had asked. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but the slow response and lack of a real personal touch would definitely make me hesitate before reaching out again...

"Not as clean as they made it sound"
The place was kind of disappointing. The wording made it seem like it would be clean and well-kept, but that wasn’t really the case. The floors were dusty, and the tables felt sticky, which made it hard to feel comfortable sitting there.

"Felt rushed and kind of overwhelming"
I left the class feeling disappointed. Everything moved so fast that I felt pressured to keep up, even though I didn’t really understand what was going on half the time. The instructor didn’t explain things in a way that felt beginner-friendly, so a lot of us were just sitting there confused or waiting for someone to help. The materials were okay, but for the price, I don’t feel like I learned much. I wouldn’t sign up for it again.

I’m annoyed. The clay felt cheap right away, and it cracked way too easily like they didn’t even bother using decent materials. Definitely not what I expected.

"Felt a bit misled and left out"
I went in thinking this would be a welcoming place to connect with the clay community, but it didn’t really feel that way once I was there. The staff weren’t rude, but I got the impression it was more inviting from the outside than it actually was. No one really explained how new people could get involved or made much effort to include anyone who wasn’t already part of the group. The events seemed geared toward people who already knew each other, so I mostly felt like I was just standing on the edge of things. I left feeling disappointed and a little misled.

Am I the only one who had a hard time getting any help here? The staff really didn’t seem interested in assisting, which was disappointing.

"My package ended up arriving late..."
My package ended up arriving late, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I kept checking for some kind of real status update, but... there just wasn’t much to go on...

"A bit too pricey for me"
I really wanted to like this because the idea is great and a few of the items did catch my eye. But once I started looking more closely, the prices felt higher than I expected. I kept thinking I’d be getting a little more for the money. It’s not bad by any means, but for me, it was hard to justify the cost.

"Scheduling was honestly frustrating"
The scheduling part was a real headache. The classes I actually wanted always seemed to be at the most awkward times… and then trying to reschedule? Way more complicated than it needed to be. I just kept thinking, this should not be this much effort.

"I stopped by the gallery and left..."
I stopped by the gallery and left feeling underwhelmed. The layout was sort of confusing, and I wasn’t really sure where to go half the time. The staff didn’t seem all that interested in helping either, or at least that’s how it felt. Overall, it just wasn’t really worth the trip for me.

"Signing up was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I couldn’t even get through the registration process. I ended up waiting in a queue for ages, and after all that, I still wasn’t able to sign up. Annoying experience overall.

"Ceramics equipment was a letdown"
I didn’t think this was worth it. The weird part is, I was expecting basic ceramics equipment, not anything fancy, but it still managed to feel disappointing. I wouldn’t buy it again.
